Up to now the most requested car manufacturer that we have had is the BMW. This comes as no surprise to me personally as I think BMW’s are the best cars in the world.
I for one am looking forward to 2014 when I can get my hands on a new BMW M4. This currently is the M version of the 3 series coupe and convertible which will be rebranded under the new 4 series and will get the new M4 badge.
Most of the information leaking from the BMW camp surrounding the M4 is still conjecture but here at Motorseeker’s we reckon the body style will remain within the current M design style.
We think the bumper and LED headlights will remain the same as well as the signature 4 pipe exhaust and side air intakes.
Under the hood will be a different story altogether. Aiming at a more fuel efficient drive the BMW M4 will carry the 450 HP, twin turbo, inline six engine, doing away with the usual V8 that the M3 has. This will give more power to the foot and better fuel economy to the wallet, a good move in my book.
The 4-Series coupe will be first of the mark though, with an expected 2013 launch date. This will pave the way for the M4 in 2014. So it still gives us a couple of years to squirrel away a few pounds ready for what I think will be one of BMWs best cars to date. I personally cannot wait.
Below is a Photoshop estimation of what the M4 will look like from our good friends at www.bmwblog.com
